Tom is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Online Coach with over 6 years experience in health and fitness. Starting out as a PT, Tom has transformed hundreds of lives both 1-2-1 and online.
Tom has competed in numerous physique competitions with 5+ top-5 finishes. He went on to open Raw Fitness, developing the gym and building a like-minded community.
With advanced qualifications in Lower Back Pain, he can support anyone with injury — building strength, running consultations and rehabilitation work.
